Sashimi (slice of raw fish) is one of very standard food in Japan.
I put wasabi on sashimi, put soy sauce with that and eat.

"Maccha" is powdered green tea, and "Oshiruko" is sweet red bean soup with rice cake.
It is the elegant sweet taste.
By the way, "Maccha" is a noted food of Kyoto-Uji.

"Tebasaki no Karaage" means "Fried chicken of the wing".
It's very very delicious!
